Image Database

One of the outstanding features of Coimbra is its ability to add extensive meta information about the documents in the database. This meta information can be indexed and can be used to classify the material for easy and quick access. In addition, the documents can be inter-linked by pointers, by browse sequences and hierarchical structures.

• archive of transparencies for lectures
• repository of scanned material (receipts, invoices, news paper articles, etc.)
• foto albums
